If you already know how to play a Celtic flute then this is the one for you. Made from exotic hardwood this flute is absolutely gorgeous. I started making these flutes because I needed one to record a Celtic tune in one of the bands I'm in. The problem was I couldn't find one at an affordable price and was USA made. I personally play and test for pitch every flute before it leaves the shop. I don't put a lacquer type finish on but either use tung oil or other oils. The reason I do this is so the wood can breathe. If you desire a lacquer finish I can do so per your request. I make these flutes in several keys. This one is in the key of F.
